Waimea Plantation Cottages, A Coast Resort, Waimea (Kauai)

I absolutely loved staying in the Coast Cottage with a garden view. The cottage was charming, filled with character, and equipped with everything I needed for my short stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, and I enjoyed making breakfast before soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The authentic atmosphere truly made me feel like I had traveled back in time! It felt cozy, and I could hear the soothing sounds of nature outside my window.

The bathroom in the Manager's Cottage was cozy and definitely had its rustic charm. I appreciated the character of the old fixtures and fittings; it felt like stepping into a different era. Having access to a private bathroom added to our comfort during our stay, and it was kept clean and tidy, which enhanced our overall experience at the hotel.

I highly recommend dining at the on-site restaurant during my stay, as the food was delicious! I enjoyed trying local dishes made with fresh ingredients. It was convenient to have a dining option right on the hotel, especially after a day of exploring the beautiful grounds and nearby beach. Just make sure to plan ahead since the restaurant can get busy during peak hours!

One of my favorite aspects of my stay was the beautiful unheated pool area. It was a refreshing escape from the warm sun and the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of hiking. The view from the pool was stunning, and it didn't feel crowded at all. I appreciated having this tranquil space to enjoy during my vacation.
